Thanks for helping me with my multi page search result. It is working great now.

Just a little request, could you take a look at my Member List too? When I click on a letter, for example "C", I could not click on the page navigation at the bottom to proceed to the next page.

If you download and use 4.1 all your issues will be resolved. Search links do not go to showcat.php anymore its all search.php

If you still have issues I need site data to test on a site that has multi pages links.

everything looks fine you get 23 results and can go to next page etc find

click say letter c and view both pages 1 and 2

Thus I am not seeing any pagination issues.

probally just missing a language string that tells you no results found I will check

Try running the actual upgrade file.

I dont see any missing strings if a proper upgrade is done.

Many members of my website complaining about the new layout of the 4.1 compared to 4.03 for searches by date using search.tmpl and not showcat.tmpl

is this final?

You are using old files I saw in your other post for an issue and yes the way searches are done in 4.1 is final and should correct any issues once and for all people had.

Have you uploaded the correct upgrade.php and phrases.php file and ran the upgrade?

FYI .. the phrases.php upgrade has an error (Forget what it is) but something about a duplicate key error.

Anyways, does fix the error from what I can see.

However - the results format is UGLY compared to 4.0.1.

Some of our descriptions are long (20+ lines) and would rather have a summary show up. Also, prices (item is sold?), views and date are missing.

Any ideas on how they can be brought back? Will they be?

well phrases.php has no error your rerunning it so you should get a duplicate error your english language exists.

I have no idea what you mean by ugly but displays are easy. The search results page can be altered.

I changed the search results to mimic the showcat display so you can redownload the display and upload the search.php file and search-r.tmpl
