| Even unregistered users can contact sellers
Sorry, Chuck, this is the day of the error issues.
With the latest build even unregistered and / or not logged in users can contact sellers via email.
And that should not be possible!
We have a vb integrated classified.
Greetings
Klaus

what version are you using I am using the latest? I know earlier versions allowed guests to contact sellers.
Are you using captcha?

well my site is 4.02
My suggestion is make sure your using all the latest files. contact.php especially
The code I posted is most definately in our contact.php file and should stop guests from using contact.

Chuck, the code is also in my contact.php, but did you test the link i gave you in the thread?
Could it be an issue with the cache or something like this in the config?

well the only reason that if clause would not be triggered is as I posted you allow captcha for guests in the config settings.
You can try changing this Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
to simply this Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
I am using the default code and you see what you get on my site.

Yes then that means you had captcha set to yes which is what I asked earlier if it was no. |

Looking for a few bottles of alcohol!
Chuck, please have a look at the screen. I think in this line there must be an arrow down and a "yes/no" option, correct? Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
I believe, so any idea what is missing or what did go wrong with our update from 3.x to 4.02?
I also think, this might be the issue of the contact permission?
Thanks
Klaus
