Cellspacing and Cellpadding not working

I have integrated the classifieds with VB4, but I get not margins, and it seems like Cellspacing and Cellpadding does not work properly. I have not edited any templates yet, but I notice that cellspacing and padding is set to 3 on most tables, but it seems to be working at 0.

See picture below - yellow arrows.

I am also wondering if it is possible to move the line shown with red arrrows, and how to do it?

There is no functionality to move breadcrumbs. Your talking about two different programs one your forum and two our product both which have there own navigation systems.

The cellpadding I can check into but the nature of the vb4 template system is a bit complex. It could be quite awhile till we have fully compatible vb4 templates.

Thank you for your answer. I understand about the breadcrumbs, but I would really appreciate it if you can look into the padding issue.
