| Confusing Field verbage in Admin Options
In the Admin Options section, (version 4.01) there is a field that says:
"Cron Script
Run cron task to expire ads in footer of site versus setting up a cron task on server?"
And this has a selectable drop-down (Yes or No). However, the field under that is a field where it appears you put in a number, but the verbage in that field says exactly the same thing:
Cron Script
Run cron task to expire ads in footer of site versus setting up a cron task on server?
What is this field actually for? I'm guessing you enter the number of days (or number of hours?) for the frequency of running the cron job? What should the value in this field actually be?
Thanks,
Basil

My suggestion would be to actually download the build reupload the phrases.php file and rerun that file to reimport your phrases.

This was a clean install from the version I downloded from members area the other day...wouldn't it have the latest? This wasn't an upgrade I installed fresh from scratch.

Ok, I re-downloaded and re-uploaded Phrases.php file and ran the script. Still same issue. I'm attaching an annotated picture. I guess more important than what the field is supposed to say is - what value should go in there and what does it control? I'm guessing that it is for number of days (or hours??) between cron jobs at which time any expired ads get deleted automatically (and if I understand it, I don't need to set up a cron job on my server)?
Well, crud -- I can't seem to post an image here.

This is what is in the upgrade script as well as the phrases.php so not sure why you have an issue Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
This is what I see in admin
Cron Script
Run cron task update in footer of site versus setting up a cron task on server?
Cron Time
Number of minutes to run cron task?

Ok, don't know if this makes a difference, but I did not run the "upgrade" script because this was a completely fresh install, so I only ran the install script. Would that make a difference?

nope dont think so because the install script calls the phrases.php file which of course has the two lines I posted as well one for the cron script wording and one for cron time.

Ok, well for whatever its worth, I did a fresh install from scratch and both fields for the cron setup in the Admin Options area have the same verbiage.

well have you redownloaded the build like I said above?
There was like a wording bug awhile back that was fixed. The code thats in the members area is what I have stated. Have you checked your phrases.php file it should be as I am posting.
