Problems After Upgrading From 4.0 To 4.1

I updated the classifieds on our site yesterday, everything seemed to go ok(no error messages using the upgrade script).

Anyway now when I try and edit or upload pictures I get this error message,

" 1.
1.
We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script:

Query: SELECT cat,title,price,shipping,reserve,rating,description,keywords,
bigimage,bigimage2,bigimage3,bigimage4,bigimage5,bigimage6,bigimage7,bigimage8,
bigimage9,approved,userid,extra1,extra2,extra3,extra4,extra5,extra6,zipcode,adoptions,isauction,highbidder,
currency,duration,buyit,watermarked,quantity,reslimit FROM cp_products WHERE id=256 LIMIT 1

Result: Unknown column 'reslimit' in 'field list'

Database handle: Resource id #102"

The server is running PHP 5.3.2 and MySQL 5.1.40, we've not had any problems with the ads until I updated yesterday. Just wondered if it's a setting that needs changing in PHP or is it a case of delete and start again.

You have not ran your upgrade script. Make sure to run the upgrade from your previous version to the latest.

That image shows only that you have uploaded the new files

You must run the upgrade.php script and select the upgrades you need to run. Example the reslimit field is added on the 4.0 to 4.01 upgrade.

I've run the upgrade script again and I'm getting this error message using the script,

"Preparing to update database...

Error performing MySQL command: INSERT INTO cp_settings VALUES (244,'setting244','enlargeit','no',36,5);
Error: Duplicate entry '244' for key 'PRIMARY' "

duplicate errors are not an issue that just says you clicked it twice.

This is the query thats right in the upgrade

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
