Images not showing

I have a problem that the small images like profile.gif and edit.gif don't show after upgrading to ppc 4 and integrated with vb4.

It looks like the path is wrong, it is missing the directory where my ppc is installed.
photopost.com/images/edit.gif instead of photopost.com/classifieds/images/edit.gif.

It looks like the variable {$Globals['idir']}/ might be wrong - where can I change this variable?

I would suggest you check your urls in global options are correct you can also post a link here.
