[4.0] Disable Email Updates

If I enable the email notification about comments in the options menue I can't disable the notification.
After enabling it doesn't turn back to "Receive Email Updates" if I click on "Disable Email Updates" in the ads oprions menue.

But it works if I click on the link in the email notification.

The link in the email is

You see the url is different. Is that the mistake?

well that simply tells me your dealing with two different users here. The 1 and 6 are different userid's

Make sense here so your dealing with two different user notifications. The notification sent via email is for userid 1 and the logged in user when you are viewing the ad is userid 6

No. 1 is me, but we haven't a User with the User ID 6 on our board!
