PP Classifieds 4.0 Paging Issue

If you use the "All Ads" Option and SEO URLs turned on, any page beyond page 1 fails.
I confirmed this on more than the one site I am deploying this version to.

The above URL was generated viewing another site and it comes up "Missing".

I would be happy to look at it if you have site info sent to the contact us link in header. Now given that its the weekend be patient as an answer will not happen right away.
