WYSIWYG Editor: Advanced not working?

Hi,
If i select WYSIWYG as advanced, get the plain editor... Basic gets a WYSIWYG editor. not sure what i am missing.
ndahiya

(am using classifieds version 4.0, though the footer shows 3.21)

I have the same on Classifieds 4 (uploadproduct.php)

If I enable the advanced editor:

Shown in IE 8, not shown in Firefox 3.6, Opera 10 and Google Chrome -> only a plain text field

If I enable the basic editor:

Shown in Firefox 3.6, Opera 10 and Google Chrome, not shown in IE 8 -> only a plain text field

This must be fixed... but how?

Only suggestion I have for you is to redownload the build and upload the entire js directory to your server again

I uploaded the files again. Same problem
I dowloaded the newest release of tiny mce and replaced the old files. Same problem

Did it work on other classiefieds sites with Firefox pp.?

If I go to TinyMCE - Full featured example I see it works on Firefox. So it must be a configuration problem.

Chuck, I tested it on your site.

Here are the results:

Firefox 3.6
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

IE 8
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Opera 10
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

The browsers are actual and it should work under the latest version. Which versions (if you see the tiny menu under Firefox and Opers) do you use?

I use Firefox 3.6 and I see it anyway seems like an issue with TinyMCE's code and browsers.

You really need to download the code and reupload the tinymce main files in the js directory

As I said before, I downloaded the latest version from TinyMCE - Home and replaced all files.

Also I set up a new profile in Firefox to exclude the possibility that an add-on blocks the script.

Tested also by other persons(computers. Always the same.

What do we now? Without an editor it is not useable.

I think for a VB integrated Classifieds also the own editor should use, maybe as an option. Only a suggestion.

Okay Chuck! Sorry for trouble. If I had understand you before .....

I deleted th JS folder on the server. I downloaded the product from the members area and uploaded the complete JS folder on the server.

Now it works also in Firefox.

What I not understand is, why I can't see the advanced editor on your site.
