Phrase editing/parsing of tags (pp class 4.0)

well what are you really trying to say here?

If I enter a phrase

me&my it displays properly in admin in the front end. I see no issue

if you edit a phrase that has say a <br /> tag in it. you change the text, leave the tag there. it does not render properly.

How about adding the line in bold where noted in adm-lang.php

looks like with this change the edits are not saving? hmmm

Are you checking the change box when changing text. I have tested changing a string and it works fine work fine.
