RSS Feed imports only one ad type into forum

This is strange, but my feed: EastvaleResidents.com

is only importing one ad type into my forum. All other ads get published, but my feeds are posting one ad type.

Any reason why this is? I am importing the feed:description and the feed:title.

I think I figured it out. The category that is fed correctly is a public category. For example the For sale items are private and that's why they are not getting fed. If I remove this from external.php will it work?

correct it works by permissions on who can or can not see it
