Unable to place ads

I had this problem months ago, and it has returned.
I am unable to place ads on site.
You very kindly fixed it for me before....any chance you could do it again.

I am sorry do not know what the problem is since you have not listed the issue. You can kindly list the upload issue and I can point you to the resolution. If its a blank page this might assist.
