Problems with check_notifications and Recent ads

Hello,
I am using Photopost Classifieds 3.0.3 with VB 3.7.4. Since I upgraded both at the same time last week, I am having issues with the emails sent out concerning Ad upload notification.

The emails are going to the completely wrong email addresses. I checked the notifications table and there is not in fact an entry for the user that got an email.

I disabled the check_notifications cron job but emails are still going out. is that fired from some place else as well?

Also, the recent Ads is not showing up in the classifieds after upgrading as well. I di verify that that option was enabled.

Do you have a link where where recent ads are not showing up on the classifieds page?

This is the notify code when a new ad is uploaded I am not seeing any problems with that code we grab the userid's from the notify table. Would need more information about your setup to assist.

The recent ads are working now, I am not sure what changed. So that issue is closed.

I think I misunderstood how that subscription feature worked, or more how the users were using it. I didn't realize they were subscribing to entire categories instead of looking for specific items.
