At the bottom of the ad, there is a submit button, but you can't actually type anything to submit.

Yeah you need to be logged in to see it.
It's so people an comment on the ad I assume. But there is no box to type in.

without a login I cant really comment except make sure you turn off your vb plugin system and see if the comments box appears if so you have a vb hack conflict |

Just done that and you're right, the QR box appears.
Any ideas what could be causing that?

Yes as posted in my reply in post 7 you have a hack conflict so you need to disable or get rid of the hack that causes this issue it can not be used. Any fix on this issue would need to come from that hack author. There is no way we can support all the hacks written at vbulletin.org.

I've asked the question on how to fix it on there but wondered if you have any ideas?
