classifieds and utf8 errors in characters

i use in my vbulletin utf8 encoding

every thing work perfect with classifieds
except:

1.if the user have name with arabic font when he just first the classifieds for first time he will get his name like this: "?????"

also even he try to visits alot of time his name still not shown

2.if usergroup name in arabic font it will also not appearing in right way and it show "????????"

but if i add it manually it will be shown correctly

this error appears only when the classifieds grab data from the vbulletin tables and this data in arabic font

vb 3.7.2
mysql 5
php 5.2.6
encoding db and charset are utf-8

all added post , category , product works perfect
only when the data grbed from vb tables it will not shown correctly

groups name
user name
location etc,

if they are in arabic font it will sow like this " ????????"

plz help me

Please email us here and provide ftp info and access url to see your database tables etc and url sign in to classifieds. Most likely your server control panel stuff is where your database viewer would be phpmyadmin

ok i fixed it by add mysql_connect set utf8 code that i found in other thread and add it in pp_inc.php

i have question plz how to make category for jobs ,doeshelp wanted template is the right choice for this action?
