Anonymous Feedback Spam

I just realized due to a user complaint that the feedback form in the user profiles is unsecured and you don't have to be logged in to leave feedback.

This has led to some inappropriate feedback, what's even worse is the spammers have found the unprotected form and left dozens of link filled ads as feedback from China IP addresses.

Is the feedback form supposed to be available to unregistered?
