Having trouble with Contact Seller Link!

I have just begun using the photopost classifieds on my site and I noticed that when someone who is not a registered member clicks the link it does not tell them that they need to register in order to be able to use this feature.

It does take them to a page where that information should be located, but instead all that is there is Powered By: photopost..... I should not say all, it still has the header/footers as well as the nav bars, but it does not have the message telling them that then need to register.

If a registered user clicks on the link it seems to work properly so it appears that it is specific to only unregistered users. I looked at the contact.php file and it appears to be all intact, but I don't know where else to look for possible errors that would cause this issue.

I am running vbulletin 3.6.8 patch level 2 with the only addon being the vbulletin blog. The only changes I have made to the stock programs have been within vbulletin and that was changing the headers & footers as well as minor css changes. To my knowledge I have not touched anything inside of PHP.

P.S. I know almost nothing about .php files so any instructions given will need to be very specific.

Actually the code is setup to do this. For some reason your system is not recognizing someone is unregistered for whatever reason. I have a clean classifieds here you can test what I am saying is true

You can try editing contact.php and find this line

Content visible to verified customers only.

change to

Content visible to verified customers only.

I made the change and still did not work for me. Here is the entire file to look at. Like I said in my initial post I have no clue about php and how it works so I have no idea what is going on.

Have you viewed the example I provided? You see it works correct. Please sent an email to support at photopost dot com with the admin login and ftp info for me to try and see why your site does not work like every other site.

I did, but viewing your website that is working really does not do a single thing to help me figure out how to correct mine. The info you requested will be submitted shortly.

No problem as stated since your site is not working like every other site we need to take a more personal approach
