Ads not showing up?
 

We have version of classifieds V2.61 connected to a vB3.0.9

The way we have it set up is that certain (supporting) members of the site do not have to pay for the classifieds, and non supporting members os the site have to pay a SMALL fee to get their ads in.

It has now happened twice that a member complained that his ads did not show up. Now in this case I can confirm that the transaction on Paypal went through, but I cannot see anything on the classifieds from this user.

Is there any special log I can look into to see what went wrong, are there pitfalls as to how I may have set up the software the wrong way so that it charges the members but then does not enter the ads, ... in short I have to find out what happened here, since it is clearly not acceptable from us to take money and then not deliver.

Check your admin approve que and see if the ad is in payment waiting que. If your user paid on paypal and did not click the return link to return to the site and pass the data back to classifieds that he has paid then the program does not know payment was accepted. You can approve any ad in there.
