Um, Chuck have you done any testing with Auctions and notification emails? It seems that you may still have a problem there. I'm rounding up more details.

Please make sure you are using from the latest build image-inc.php adm-misc.php and sendnotice.php. I do not see anyway you can get a multiple email from an auction there look at the code here we query ended auctions and send out the winning email and then we close that ad in the end of the while loop essentially it is impossible to send an email from that auction again.

All those files were updated to your latest as of 2/12, unless of course a new sendnotice.php has been slipped in since then.

First it was these two files were needed to fix the problem, now I see that the date on sendnotice.php was updated on 2/22 even though I see no difference using Beyond Compare between the latest and what I have. I'm confused? Are there any more fixes that have been slipped in the same revision level.

No the only things we updated where added support for phpbb3 etc.

I make reference to sendnotice.php because that is where auction emails are sent from since you are saying you have an issue there yet I see no way that could happen in the code.

This thread is about a different issue with multiple emails send when an ad is placed or ads are approved because the variable in there was the users userid not the notify users userid and the files adm-misc.php and image-inc.php we updated to reflect changes or fixes for that issue.

We upgraded to the latest version. Still getting mass notifications, still cannot unsubscribe, get a "Script call malformed. Some actions require you to be logged in. Please verify you are logged in and try the link again. If you continue to have problems please notify your Administrator." error. Yes, we have uploaded all the new files from the latest version.

This is rather ridiculous considering how long this bug has been here.

Actually any bug posted in this thread has long since been included in the code. If you have a specific issue please post in a support thread with your exact issue.
