SQL Error upon attempting to change usergroup settings.

I'm pretty sure this can be chalked up to a bug. I attempted to change some settings on Classifieds usergroups, but got the following error:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
It looks like SQL doesn't like the second apostrophe. It thinks it's a string up to that point and the rest after it is garble.

I've tried changing the usergroup name to "A Womans Perspective" (without quotes) and refreshing usergroups via the Classifieds admin panel, but to no avail. Are there any SQL queries I need to execute manually?

Nevermind, I believe I figured it out. I changed the group name via the Classifieds admin panel in usergroup settings to A Womans Perspective (in the text field - I didn't notice it in my first posting) and it processed fine this time. However, this may still be a "bug" that needs updating in the scripts.

In adm-misc.php you can try this in bold at this line

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

I added that line of code to that specific spot in adm-misc.php. Looks like I still get the same error. SQL is being fussy. :/

That would be quite weird indeed as there is no way you could get the same error. That is a hard coded line stating to addslashes to apostrophe's etc which is the proper course of action to escape those characters in mysql. Interesting is the error different?

Looks like I had to log out and back into the admin panel for it to work again. Thanks for the help!
