Possible bugs

I made a Additional field type name postage with dropdown and 3 options Local pick up only||Postage within Australia||Will post Worldwide. Problem is when you select one it wont show in the ad just a blank next to Postage but when you edit your ad and submit it shows up.

Same thing is happening with watermarks when somebody edits their ad and picture, the watermark disappears on newly the edited/uploaded pic.

Hi,

I'm trying when I'm connected on site to list all members but it doesn't show anything and I have some users (showmembers.php).

Any idea ?

This is the latest version OF PC.

Showmembers in classifieds merely a list of who uploaded ads to the classifieds. It is not meant to be a memberslist like in a forum. I hope that assists you.

I'm having this exact same problem. Could you share what the answer was? I have added two fields using the additional fields option. They are text box fields. One for city and one for state. When you submit the ad, both fields show those fields to be blank. Then if you edit your add and fill them in again, both show as they should.

Only members whom have uploaded ads are shown in our members list on the classifieds as I have stated above.

I'm sorry, maybe I should have started a new thread but my problem is the same as the original post in this thread. Text entered into the additional fields for city and state do not show when the ad is submitted. You have to edit the ad and enter the text a second time before it will show in the ad. My question has nothing to do with the members list.

At the bottom of my classified's page it says version 3.2. I have always been confused with these versions though. The purchase page here says the latest is 2.6 or something like that and at the top of my admin page it says "Classifieds 3.1.3" update. So I really am not sure.

I would suggest upgrading as I just did a test on my test site and it works fine. I seem to remember an old issue with this.

OK...but like I said...the purchase page is showing 2.6.1. Is that wrong? Will the download be the 4.0 version and does it still work with VBulletin 3.8.5? I don't plan to upgrade to VBulletin 4.0 anytime soon.

classifieds 4.01 works fine with vb3 or vb4 so your good to go and in your members area it most definately shows 4.01 as the latest

OK...I upgraded to 4.0.1. Not only did it not correct the original problem but there is now at least one more problem.

First of all, it still does not show the city and state. Just like before, if you go back and edit the ad and enter the info again, it will then show.

Even more important though. When I placed a new test ad. I put in an asking price. It showed the asking price and the shipping in the ad but when I clicked on "Buy Now", it only included the shipping price.

If I leave out the asking price but include a "Buy Now" price, it shows "Best Offer" under asking price.

The only way I can get a correct total is to put the price in the "asking price" field AND in the Buy Now field.

There are two variables. $adamount which is the price passed to paypal. Then there is $price which is the one shown on the form to you.
