User links broken -- line 646

Searched here and found a few similar errors but not this specific one. Everything seems ok with the exception of the User Link. When I click on a user name I get the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ppconvert_markups() in /<snip>/classads/forums/vb3.php on line 646

This is a vB3/vBPortal implementation. All up to date.

Make sure your using all the proper new files both vb3.php and pp-inc.php

the function your missing is definately in the files so you have an old pp-inc.php file I think
