After experimenting with many image sizes I've found that ALL images under the 100X100 thumbnail size will successfully upload, but ALL images over that size will result in the resizing error messages I listed in my initial post. I did dozens of tests with three different user IDs and it always works out this way.

Fyi: I didn't change any of the settings in the Upload Ads Options panel. And this is a brand new install downloaded 2 days ago. I simply wrapped my site table around it to match my site design, so no changes were made that would cause these problems.

If you PM me I can give you the url and a test ID for you to try it yourself. It's a political site so I don't want to list the url here in the forum.
