First uploaded image not listed with the other thumbs

Stumbled onto this behaviour by chance.

When posting an ad you are given 5 lines to pick which files to upload.

Example 1
If you choose a file for the lines 1,3,4 (leave 2 blank), the first image will not show among the thumbnails. Instead its supersize link will be visible under the preview picture. It's preview picture can only be seen when you visit the ad. After you click on any of the other thumbs, you cannot get the preview of the first image back since there is no thumb for it. Apart from that the supersize link of that first image will stay displayed under the preview spot. Even when you choose other images, the link will still point to the supersize version of the first picture.

Live example: http://forum.bmwslo.com/oglasi/showp...0&limit=recent

Example 2
The interesting thing is that this does not happen when you upload only two files to lines 1 and 3 (also leaving 2 blank). In this case everything appears to be fine.

Live example:http://forum.bmwslo.com/oglasi/showp...9&limit=recent

Example 3
When you upload ony one image by putting it in line 2 or 3, the ad will be published but no picture will be visible.

You always need to put a file in spot 1 I can say that and as far as files in general the way they are processed they are an array and you should always put them in order 1 2 3 etc etc

However I tried your example and it works fine

1 3 and 4 show fine and note the empty number 2

Sorry, you are indeed correct (I wrote the wrong lines). The problem occurs when you fill places 1,4,5 or just 1,4 for that matter.

Thats better thanks

Well nothing is wrong with the upload portion etc.

See the problem is this. Your honestly doing something I think no one will ever do because you always as I stated before you upload images in a line. The thing is if there is some special code that is needed for that first thumbnail to set that image as the image display and if you dont have a 2nd or 3rd image then the image is null display follow me.

Thus I have rewrote the code to do a different check just incase someone is dyslexic and doesnt follow the 1-6 direction. Download the build and reupload showproduct.php

Thanks, will take a look at it tomorrow. It's 2AM here so time to sleep.

You would be surprised how many users manage to find ways to get programs to perform strangely. But those are the best testers.

LOL yeah indeed but as stated in several years of this program being out no one has ever pointed that out.
