| Refresh Usergroups?
Any ideas why "(Refresh usergroups from your forum software?)" would suddenly quit working?

I added a new user group to my forum and also changed the name of another. When I refresh the user groups in the Classifieds - it doesn't work - it doesn't show the new group - nothing changes.

If you change a name it is not going to refresh in the classifieds usergroups since we cache the data so you do not lose your settings and have to set these from scratch. Therefore if you change a usergroup name in the forum you need to manually update the name in the classifieds usergroups editor

I just answered that did I not? I am confused now. If you change a name of a usergroup in the forum you need to type the new name in the edit usergroups window for that group in our usergroups editor cause the cache does not let you change a name.
Now you add a new usergroup in the forum and you hit refresh usergroups in our programany new groups are imported. If you think this is not happening you need to give us more info cause we have 16 different integrations so we need to proceed from the basics.

After I created a new User Group in my forum, I clicked on "Refresh usergroups from your forum software?" in the Classifieds, thinking it would import the new group. Is that not how it's supposed to work?
Also, what does " tdis is necessary whenever you add or delete usergroups within your forum software" mean.

| I'm seeing it in Classifieds, when I hit the "refresh" button. This is what I see... PhotoPost Classifieds Refresh Usergroups
You are about to refresh your forum usergroups. tdis is necessary whenever you add or delete usergroups within your forum software.
After you refresh, please double-check your PhotoPost Classifieds usergroup settings to ensure that they are correct!
This string is in "adm-misc.php".
Would you like my Admin login so you can see what is happening for yourself?

As I have stated please list a url and integration type and if I have an integration type of that nature I can test it. If not I will tell you to email support with ftp info and admin login etc so we can look directly at your install but I can tell you nothing like this has been reported so lets start from the beginning and go from there.

Your's and yes you would need to email support@photopost.com with an admin login and url as well as ftp info
FusionBB is a paid forum so we dont have a forum to test on. You get any errors? No fusion user has ever reported any issues and the query to import new groups looks totally valid. It is the same function we use to import the groups when you install so I dont see why it would not work since it obviously worked when you installed the forum. The only reason I can think of why it would not pick up a new group is if you changed databases for the forum and still have our software configured to look at an old database.

Nothing has changed and it works fine with every other aspect of the integration except this one thing.
I'll email support.
