Editing a comment, SEF url problem Another spider-friendly problem. So far, most things are working except editing a comment. starting from this page, http://www.guineapighome.com/ads/showproduct.php/product/4 as the user who initially created the comment, when I hit edit on the comment, it goes to: http://www.guineapighome.com/ads/showproduct.php/product/comments.php?product=4&cedit=2 and gives me a totally blank screen. IF I go update the listing that I created and save it, then it will let me edit the comment. A session id problem? If I turn off SEF urls, it works fine. Thanks. |
That link should be fine as spider friendly url's have nothing to do with the comments script all url's posted to the comments script are normal url's |
Actually, it does seem like the SEF urls, because with SEF turned ON, this is the link to edit the comment: http://www.guineapighome.com/ads/showproduct.php/product/comments.php?product=4&cedit=2 -- which doesn't work, it gives a blank screen. With SEF turned OFF, this is the link, which works: http://www.guineapighome.com/ads/comments.php?product=4&cedit=2 The difference of course being this path in the middle: showproduct.php/product/ Thanks. |
