Erros in Admin and with users uploading images

Chuck upgraded all of our PP products this past weekend. Everything seemed fine for a few days but this morning all hell seems to have broken loose with the Classifieds.

For example, trying to add the image for http://www.cubeowner.com/classifieds...hp?product=350 (both the user and me as an admin get the same error)

And in the Admin CP I have a page full of this:

I have verified that both data and uploads folders are 777 and that the path to mogrify is correct and I haven't really touched anything else in the Admin CP since Chuck did the upgrade. I have made some template/skin settings but I did those right after the upgrade was completed and everything was still working fine in the 2 days following that. Any help is appreciated.

Also, I did try rebuilding all thumbs to see if that cleared it up but I get

processing may take a while... please be patient and wait the for FINISHED message...

I would suggest you check your data directories and ensure that all of them at every level are 777.

Did you run all applicable upgrade scripts

They all appear to be 777.

As for the upgrade scripts, as I mentioned, YOU actually performed the upgrade. I haven't touched it other than template and css edits.

well upgrades dont fix issues that would pre exist they only update files.

There is only one issue I see here

Your data/27 directory has issues it is only that directory. Does the large and thumbs directories exist for that 27 directory are they all 777

Basically you have a file ownership issue that I see and permissions. You can SSH into your server and run a chown and chmod if you use the root user do you have a root user?

You need to make sure your data directories are all 777 and owned properly

If your issue is the same as this guys then contact your host and see what they say. Normally if you have SSH access this is something you can correct if not they have to.
