Swithcing to a new ticket system

In an effort to improve our ability to procide quality support, we are going to try out a new ticket system which will replace our "bugs" forum.

This new Ticket System is also linked in our navigation menu at the top of the page.

By moving to this system, which allows items to be assigned and tracked, we hope to reduce the number of "lost" threads and improve our interaction with our customers.

This is a new system, so we will work to improve it as people use it. In the meantime, we will be closing the Bugs forums to new threads and encouraging people to use the new system in place of the forums or email. If all goes well, we will move the Bug forums off to an archived forum and focus support on the ticket system as much as possible.

Yeah I think its cool myself RBL we have been testing it for a bit and felt it was the time to try it out and see if it works. Still a few things to iron out but it seems nice.

I am a license holder and I cannot access the ticket system to make a formal request for support for my "allow user to change their own password" thread here:
change my password as a regular user

I get a message that I don't have sufficient privs. to access that part of the forum. We don't expire until October however.

Thanks for that clue that I probably wouldn't have other wise seen.

Is there any other official support system for licensed users besides making a post here and hoping for the best?
