URGENT: I just sent you a bug report

Hi Omegatron,

I just emailed you a detailed problem report on a major classifieds bug that you can now see live on my website wherein Classifieds is failing to find existing product records in the database. I also provided complete admin login info and my phone numbers. I know you're very busy, but please let me know what you find.

I found the cause of this. When I set the usergroup permissions, I inadvertently turned on moderation for the Admin's ads. So the missing ad (which was modified immediately after that) was waiting in the approval queue. Once I approved it, It naturally "came back" again.

I had a user do the same exact thing the other day after I did an install for him. He was frantic saying his ads where being uploaded but not showing they are disappearing etc.

I simply replied did you turn on moderation in usergroup settings?

He checked and was like DOH!

Me too... duhhhhhhhh! lol

The thing that lead me astray on this was that it initially did show in the lost and found ad counts but NOT in the classified section when I opened it. My only excuse is that AND that it WAS after all, 3:00a.m. when the problem first showed up!
