Contact email problem(FIXED)

The email that went out from the contact was missing the name of my website here is what was sent

"A message about about you ad on" that's it

and the message body inserted a / right in front of every apostrophy.

Well cant comment on the webname as that appears on mine but this should stop the /'s add the code in bold in contact.php

the below code fixed the /'s problem that i was having. Our site name is still being left off the contact information email subject.

is there a place where perhaps i can re-add our name?

It looks bad that the ads don't display our name.

Your site name is in the admin global options

I will change it to something else and see if that works.
