Descriptions are not created when new category is created.(FIXED)

When I click new category, it gives you two boxes. One is the name, and the other is the description. If I fill both out and hit next on the next screen the description does not transfer over and is blank. I have to refill in the description. I'm running the newest classifieds.

in adm-misc.php add the code in bold
