What is the Expired Queue for ?(FIXED)

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I goto the Expired Queue, there is an option to Leave, Approve or Delete.

What is it for ?

The pagination links underneath the Expired Queue page doesn't work too ...... ( page 1 2 4 5 6 7 8 9 ) <--- the links do not work, it always goto page 1 even after I click the rest of the pages.

Ok found the fix at Page links not working from Queues...(FIXED)


Just need to know more abt expired Queue
