No way to renew or cancel ad directly?
 

With the email links not working, I was trying directly from the ad. Is the only option "Sold It"? How long will the ad be listed as "Sold"?

Is there any way for the user to renew the ad directly?

When it is marked sold then the link says renew it

Are you talking about a link in an e-mail or a link in the ad directly?

You state you cant see a renew link on showphoto and as explained it does not show till an item is marked sold

I am not the thread starter. I just jumped into this thread since I check all bug-reports and double check how it works on my test-installation.

When I look at an ad, that I started myself, which ended already, I do not see a link to renew it (and I am logged in with the correct username).

Does this option has to be enabled somewhere in the admin manager?

o.k., we found the reason in another thread.

Classifiieds 2.41 does handle ads and auctions differently. Ads can be renewed, auctions not.

I was only testing with auctions. That is why I did not see any kind of link to renew something
