Last ad posted date not updating if no photo....

I just had someone post some new ads on my http://www.GunWantAds.com site but the date in the "New Ad Posted" column does not reflect those new ads. Further one section (Shotguns), only has one of these newer, non-photo ads, and that column is showing "no ads".

Is this a "bug" or a "feature"?

shotguns has 2 ads and if I enter it there are 2 ads
