extra features not working sometimes

For some ads (not all of them) when a user pays for extra feature like bold, or italic, thier ad is not displaying with those features, it just shows as a plain ad.

It seems to happen when they select all 3 options (bold, italic, and hightlight) all at the same time.

Where in the DB is this information stored (as in what features the ad should display with) so I can try to hunt down the cause of the problem?

In the products table is a field called adoptions, thats where the options they selected are stored.
