Payment email is missing the amount paid

This is minor, but here is another thing I have noticed. In the "Verify payment for Classified Ad #x", it says

Quote:
You have received a payment for the classified ad:

http://www.cubeowner.com/classifieds....php?product=x

which should be in the amount of .

Please verify your transaction records to ensure that proper payment was
received for this item.
Note that the amount is blank. (also note I am using 'x' in place of a number for demonstration purposes)

Is this a known bug or is there something amiss with my config? The actual payment amounts to Paypal are correct.

I dont see anything wrong with the coding there

In emails.php it is looking for $adamtf

Here is what is in payment.php

$adamtf = "$" . number_format( $adamount, 2 );

You can try changing emails.php $adamtf to ${adamount} as a test

Thanks - where is the emails.php file located? I only see emails.php in the language folder, and that variable does not appear in that file.

That variable $adamtf appears in emails.php in the languages folder of the current classifieds download I downloaded.

search for payment.php and then the language string is there and that variable should be there. if not your using an older classifieds version and maybe this was something fixed in the new version

Indeed it is - my apologies.... I was looking in the emails.php file in the Photopost languages folder by mistake and obviously that variable isn't in there

I have just made the change as you suggested. I'll let you know if that does the trick.

Thanks.

I just did a test for $1.00 and that change to the file has worked. The email now says

"which should be in the amount of 1.00."

Thanks again.
