pp classifieds "last ad posted" column not updated

Hello, I have just installed pp classifieds 2.01 at http://www.indianasportsman.com/classifieds/index.php As you can see I posted a test ad but the "last ad posted" column has not been updated. Any ideas? Also if you go into the category where that ad was placed, no ad is shown..... you cannot get to the ad that was placed.

What appears to be the problem here is that all uploaded items seem to require admin approval in the moderation queue even though I have disabled this. Any ideas why this might happen?
