New Classified going on-line shows at the end?

When you place a new classified on line it shows up at the bottom of the list. The ones with the most views show at the top. Is there a way to fix it so that the newest show at the top?

line 89 of showcat.php might better read:

Just make the change in bold to the line number Michael suggested but looks right.
