| Integration with vb3
Hello, ive tryed to integrate classifieds with vb3, login works fine, buts i cant get the "design-integration" to work.
I've tried to edit header-inc.php but then i get an error message in classifieds..
Is there anything more i need to edit ? What could we wrong ?
Take a look at http://www.nettakvariet.no/annonser/
Everything works fine before the editing of header-inc.php

cant get classifieds to integrate with VB3. I edited the header inc file and now i get the following errors.
Warning: main(./languages/english/pp-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fragtrad/public_html/classifieds/pp-inc.php on line 62
Warning: main(./languages/english/pp-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fragtrad/public_html/classifieds/pp-inc.php on line 62
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './languages/english/pp-inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/fragtrad/public_html/classifieds/pp-inc.php on line 62
Any ideas?

That's Funny I just now figured that out and came back here to post my own reply. I'm actually working in ReviewPost, but am looking everywhere for solutions. Here is what I did (after pulling my hair out): I opened my header-inc.php and edited it as required, then opened my config-inc.php and edited $RP_PATH to be the same as the $pppath in header-inc.php. I then went into Style Manager (in VB3) and edited every path to be the full url rather than the truncated ones (if that's the right term). So, the key was the part about making the two paths the same (and not just the . that I originally had)
Thanks,
SloChild

I got it all integrated but now the bar on the top with home...usercp...calendar is all linked to classifieds...ex. www.fragtraders.com/classifieds/usercp.php when it should be pointing to forums/usercp.php. any ideas how to fix this?
next problem is that users still have to login with the same username and pass that they use for vb. Is there a way to make it so once they login to vb they dont have to login to classifieds.
site address is www.fragtraders.com
Thank you

As I stated above to the other user the VB3 Integration FAQ stated how to integrate cookies etc.
If you login to classifieds or login to the forum and you are not logged into the other it is cookies period. If your navbar has relative paths then you have not corrected the paths to full url's as the integration faq and this thread suggest.
Here is the thread which will make all your problems go away vB3 Integration FAQ |
