I have vbgallery set to allow users to use favorites, but not working

I know it used to work as some are requesting it come back. I have: "allow user favorites" set to YES but there is no option in gallery to add to favorites. I must have inadvertently messed up a template? Can you advise what template "add to favorites" exists in and is there any other areas to look? Thanks!

have you reverted any hacked templates?
