Upload ERROR in VB 4.1.8

when i upload images, i got a blank page

how i fix this issue

yes am admin , i cant upload too
two days ago i change new server.

filepath and all correct, file folder is 0777.
not know whats problem is

It has to be one of these things

1. your server path is wrong

2. your permissions are wrong

3. Maybe your electing to upload using gd2 and your new server does not have it.

Not something I can guess on which is why I asked for you to send info to us.

I checked these

1. your server path is wrong
2. your permissions are wrong

but i don't know how to check gd2 and my new server support it

am using latest WHM/CPANEL

How about checking in the admin panel under the show phpinfo option?

You would have to ask your host. server setup is outside the parameters of our application. Basically you need to set your processor to GD2 or Imagemagick whichever your site has. PHP would have to be recompiled with GD2 support if you want gd2 to be installed. Your host would need to do this.
