VBGallery issue with merging users after upgrade to vB 4.1.8?

I'm getting an error when merging users after upgrading to vB 4.1.8 and it seems to be related to PP. Here's the error.

Any suggestions?

Database error in vBulletin 4.1.8:

Invalid SQL:

DELETE FROM vB_ppgal_subscribeimage AS subi1
WHERE userid = 165;
