Upload Errors uploading pictures from server

I'm testing a some things out, before releasing vgallery. Unfortunately, I am getting a few upload errors while testing.

Case: user 1, we call him jason. Jason has ftp access to the directory where he can upload his photos. Like:

"/home/kozvrjhm/domains/dj-lounge.nl/public_html/party-pics/users/400"

He has uploaded a few photos, see the screenshot below:

All images are 1024*768. The extension .jpg is also enabled:

Trying to upload the photos from the server, I'll get the following error message:

The images are more then 300x300. And the file type is also enabled. (Ongeldig bestand means invalid file - see screenshot above)

What may cause this problem?

Are these images 777 permissions try that first if they are being manually being uploaded.

Yes all images have been CHMODDED to 777.
Unfortunately, the problem still exists.

I would not be able to say without looking into the issue further. As long as your image restrictions are set correctly and path/permissions are correct things should work.
