URGENT: Cannot upload images larger than 400kb

as mentin the title i can't upload images larger than 400kb, i send some email to chuck regarding it he advice me to upload this line ini_set("memory_limit", "72M");
into gallery_global.php

and the problem also still exist,

please help me to solve this issue because it is annoying me or please let the support team solve it for me

Your uploads work when using imagemagick instead of GD2. This was already explained to you. I uploaded a 912K image to your site without issue.

In a support manner I can give you resolutions to common issues but you would be doing these yourself on your server.

Your issue you reported is fixed you can now upload large images because your using imagemagick I just uploaded a 1.82mb image fine

Your issue is your using displayimage to display the photo and there is an issue. Have you replaced the files as I instructed?

Remember we do not speak arabic so it is hard to really navigate your admin panel and set stuff.

Works fine if you dont try to watermark images with a bad watermark

now the uploading big image is working fine but, there is two problem existing now:
1- the image that uploaded should has an small one (like icon) it was before exist now there is not, no small picture is appear (please solve it)
example : mosafroon.com/photo/index.php

i try to solve these but, i can't ?

2- the old pictures are missing or corrupted (now become very small one)
example : mosafroon.com/photo/showimage.php?i=106&c=4

I found your login

You caused your issue you turned on the safe mode file storage so that changed things. I turned it back off your site looks fine.
