Easy Crop Issues

I am having some strange issues with Easy Crop. As you can see in the attached image, two of the easy crop images are missing. If I d refress the page, the dipsplaying crop choiuce image changes to the next on in line, but can only one image at a time (one of three). What would cause this?

try to call the urls of the images directly in browser...there might be error messages that are not seen in image url...
example:
as logged in user, call:
http://www.yourdomain.com/gallery/crop_thumb.php?i=x&crop=1
i=x, x being the imageid,
change crop from 1 to 2 and then to 3 and reload..
all 3 should work..
if you get an error please post it here.
