Unhappy New users canīt login after vBGallery installed

Hi boys, Iīm having a big issue with your product. Let me explain it.

On 6th of March I downloaded Photopost Pro 8.01 and installed it in my website. Itīs using the same forum database (with pp_ prefix) and i had no problems to make it work.

On 7th of March I downloaded PhotoPost vBGallery v2.51 to test the integration whit my vbulletin forum 3.8.0. I configured it and now itīs working fine. Gallery is disabled for users because I am translating phrases to spanish.

Now here comes the problem: all users registered since 7th of March canīt login into the forum. When they try to login, there is SQL Database error

This is a huge problem!!!

Users registeres before 7th March donīt have any problem to login.

Any help???

Thanks in advance.

Well I do not see any gallery info meantioned in the actual error your reporting here it looks like it is all forum script.

what I would suggest you do is enable the gallery and under gallery maintenance run any tasks to update users.

Hi Chuck, don´t think so m8, iI have Disabled vBGallery in the Plugin Admin and now eveything works fine, no Mysql errors. If I enable the plugin, then login crashes again.

You need to make sure the gallery is enabled and it is open and run the maintenance tasks I suggest.

If that does not work you can try editing the add user to vbgallery admin plugin which is this

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
change it to this

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

I have changed this code and cleaned all cookies/cache from IExplorer.

Then i have created a new user in the forum and, again, same mysql problem.

I will search threads but that makes no sense. That is the only issue I know of is the GPC value on some sites may not be found.

You can send via email any ftp info url admin logins for me to test as well as any other logins needed to replicate any error.

Just for users reading this the issue was a mod in the form of a custom reg page so this was not a vb or vbgallery issue.
