Image Upload problems

Hi I've had my VbGallery running for a while and it's been fine then suddenly when users are trying to upload images they are getting the following message:

No Image specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

in most cases they are just trying to upload the images from their desktops, Any ideas why this would suddenly change and how I fix it

Which version of vbGallery are you using?

Have you tried upgrading to 2.5? or whichever is the latest for your code branch.

I haven't yet, but if you think that would help I'll give it a go.

I seem to remember an issue with this in older versions.
