problem with single user unable to upload -white page
 

I have 37,000+ users, none have issues except for one. It is a strange one.. on my pc logged in as him all is fine. On his pc IE or Firefox.. it chugs, then he gets a white page. We've gone through a lot of steps such as disabled any apps that might be interfering, clearing cache & cookies, trying different areas to place the original image. I'm stumped.. any ideas? Thanks!

Thats just strange indeed because any issues uploading that I know of would be global or universal in nature not related to one specific user or at least you logged in as the user would be able to replicate it and you cant

Only thing I can suggest is clear the users directory out of all directories files. Note I said users not files directory.
