admins have option to comment but not registered members
not sure what I am missing, us admins can post quick reply comments, but registered members cannot. I check gal permissions and usergroup perms as far as I can tell they are correct. Any ideas? Thanks!

As far as I know this is status quo. It should come down to usergroup and category permissons.
