Error with upload

I noticed that my gallery looks up from time to time and for every photo upload one would get the message:

Error with upload, please contact the administrator

I then go to the maintenance in CP and update counters and noticed that when updating database testing I got problems found and some photographs need to be deleted. After that the gallery resort to normal.

This happens sometimes three times a week at maximum.
Is it a server issue? or something else?

well I would need more information on the nature of the errors you get to respond.

The error with upload error usually means we can not upload the photo to your uploads directory usually a permissions thing.
